tips: malas exercise?

Assalamualaikum..

hi.
kalau awk jenis yg malas nk exercise boleh la geng kita.sep sep skettt :)
honestly ely bukan jenis org yg menjaga kesihatan sgt walaupun study medic kan.my bad!
dari zaman sekolah lagi haram sgt haih nk ber'exercise'

forever lazy?



tapi alhamdulillah skang dh realise penting nya exercise and jaga kesihatan sendiri.
ada org cakap ala x exercise tapi sihat je.xde penyakit pun.
wait!
exercise dan benda-benda menjaga kesihatan ni effect dia bukan nampak terus camtu taw.
paling penting kita xnampak apa jadi dlm badan kita.
yg kita tahu everyday bangun pagi breakfast nasi lemak then continue dgn normal routine.
bila weekend or time free pulak melepak tgk movie sambil makan jajan or benda-benda manis.
then u proudly say i'm healthy bebeh hahaha

pernah x rasa nape everyday mcm malas dan lembik?
in better word diri macam lembab and mengantuk tiap masa?

actually bdan kita pun mcm machine taw.
klu awk asyik guna buat mcm-mcm tapi xnk servis nanti berkarat jugak dia.
skru pun longgar sana-sini kn?
same goes to our body.
kita perlukan booster utk lancarkan balek blood circulation.and of course u wanna burn 'nenek' fat and baby fat heehehe.

tapi malas la nk exercise.
xde masa la nk exercise.
busy lah.
bla bla bla lah.

actually ely pun rasa benda sama.xde masa nk keluar exercise.
tapi ari ni ely rajin kan diri.
bangun pagi bukak youtube search turorial zumba.
zumba?apa tu?
zumba -an aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
gituu cik google jawab.kiranya mcm aerobic tpi lagi fun sbb latin style.




guess what?
this is so much fun!
sumpah tak tipu.walaupun ely x bape bagus bab menari.
in fact keras kemaen haih.
tapi xpe ely zumba sesorang je dlm bilik.menari mcm zombi pun xde org nampak hehehe


but seriously guysss
pliss try it out
ely decide nk spend 10-15 minutes/day for zumba.
ala everyday dh siap solat subuh mesti sleepy kn?
so it's the right time to shake ur body :)
in case pagi x sempat ptg bila dh xbusy pun bole.
dh siap zumba mmg berpeluh sgt.paling penting x mengantuk dh.otak pun fresh :)
