tapi costume xde la lawa sgt.biasa-biasa aje hehe

ok sini mcm maen colour-colour nails gitu.
eh awak ni x baek la.
dun worry bebeh! nail remover disediakan.

naseb baek iolls bukan kanak-kanak riang yg mengamuk nk sume benda.
klu x jenuh la nk bayar mahal-mahal gitu.
utk korang yg bawak anak-anak tu dh sampai part sini cepat2 tutup mata diorang.bia mummy sorang je tgk heheehe

well for me bole di katakan same routine except last nite terlajak tido sampai 9.5 hours.what?!
seriously what?!!
budget diri sendiri baby sgt kn huhu.my bad!

back to topic la kan.
ckp psl masak ni honestly ely sendiri xbape ada masa (tido lebih ada masa pulak uhuk!)
tapi kena jugak masak sbb ely xsuka beli or makan lua.reason paling penting kebersihan mcm ragu-ragu sket.well you know la kan india cmne.
kdg2 dh tapau makanan kt kedai tapi mkn secubit sgt.yg lebih masuk tong sampah.
sgt x bagus membazir tiap masa cmtu.

tapi cmne kn?
nk masa xde masa plak.

so ely google resepi paling mudah and cepat.
tapi syg sgt resepi masakan melayu semua take time.
awk nk kena tumis.awk nk kena blend.awk nk kena tumbuk lagi.
pastu awk sibok lagi makan sambil masak.
mmg forever lama sgt jadi nya.

alhamdulillah ely jumpa 15 minutes recipe from jamie oliver.
sumpah cepat sgt msk.
tapi ely xde la expert mcm jamie.ely msk 30 min jugak.
plus nk kena kemas and cuci dapo kn.

resepi omputih ni byk guna wine.so kena pandai alter jugak.

QUICK BLACKPEPPER CHICKEN + MIX VEG

resepi?erk ely xbape bagus bab bagi resepi ni.
segan jugak sbb msk cincai je kan.
tapi in case korang nk try and mahu msk laju-laju sbb xde masa bole try ni.
sgt senang insyAllah

Bahan :-

boneless chicken (part dada lagi elok)
carrot
tomato
asparagus
chili
garlic (xpyh kopek bia je seketul gitu.ketuk2 je taw)
blackpepper
olive oil
butter
soy sauce (kicap kicap manis :)-optional klu suka

method :-
potong boneless chicken panjang-panjang mcm jari gitu.tapi 1cm kt hujung tu jgn potong biar je.bole tgk gamba atas tu.perap dgn black pepper and salt.
cairkan butter dlm non stick pan.masukkan olive oil (jgn byk sgt nanti oily)
goreng and balek-balek ayam dlm pan tu sampai jadi golden brown gitu (klu grill lagi sedap)
agak2 dh masak angkat dan toskan.

dlm kuali sama tadi goreng pulak mix veg.
jgn lama sgt sbb xnk overcooked (hilang pulak zat sayur)
angkat dan toskan

then masukkan garlic n cili (kuali sama-bole tambah olive oil jika perlu)
masukkan ayam dan mix veg yg awk dh goreng tadi.
masukkan kicap and garam ikut suka hati awak.
kacau kejap few min

angkat dan bole letak lemon zest jika suka
siap!

tips: malas exercise?

hi.
kalau awk jenis yg malas nk exercise boleh la geng kita.sep sep skettt :)
honestly ely bukan jenis org yg menjaga kesihatan sgt walaupun study medic kan.my bad!
dari zaman sekolah lagi haram sgt haih nk ber'exercise'

forever lazy?

tapi alhamdulillah skang dh realise penting nya exercise and jaga kesihatan sendiri.
ada org cakap ala x exercise tapi sihat je.xde penyakit pun.
wait!
exercise dan benda-benda menjaga kesihatan ni effect dia bukan nampak terus camtu taw.
paling penting kita xnampak apa jadi dlm badan kita.
yg kita tahu everyday bangun pagi breakfast nasi lemak then continue dgn normal routine.
bila weekend or time free pulak melepak tgk movie sambil makan jajan or benda-benda manis.
then u proudly say i'm healthy bebeh hahaha

pernah x rasa nape everyday mcm malas dan lembik?
in better word diri macam lembab and mengantuk tiap masa?

actually bdan kita pun mcm machine taw.
klu awk asyik guna buat mcm-mcm tapi xnk servis nanti berkarat jugak dia.
skru pun longgar sana-sini kn?
same goes to our body.
kita perlukan booster utk lancarkan balek blood circulation.and of course u wanna burn 'nenek' fat and baby fat heehehe.

tapi ari ni ely rajin kan diri.
bangun pagi bukak youtube search turorial zumba.
zumba?apa tu?

gituu cik google jawab.kiranya mcm aerobic tpi lagi fun sbb latin style.

guess what?
this is so much fun!
sumpah tak tipu.walaupun ely x bape bagus bab menari.
in fact keras kemaen haih.
tapi xpe ely zumba sesorang je dlm bilik.menari mcm zombi pun xde org nampak hehehe


but seriously guysss
pliss try it out
ely decide nk spend 10-15 minutes/day for zumba.
ala everyday dh siap solat subuh mesti sleepy kn?
so it's the right time to shake ur body :)
in case pagi x sempat ptg bila dh xbusy pun bole.
dh siap zumba mmg berpeluh sgt.paling penting x mengantuk dh.otak pun fresh :)

not a really fashionista girl i am.i chose to dress up based on something comfy,simple
(but not selekeh)
so i decide to pair up my butterfly blouse with emerald green maxi skirt.and my favourite flat shoes of course.

if u wonder why so simple beb?
sorry darling i have no interest to put on my 8 inch high heels
dh makin tua kannnn
heheheheh
lagipun if u prefer nk berjalan forever + distance yg omaigad jauhhh
u should choose something comfy.and flat shoes is a must!

my emerald skirt is custom made by indian tailor.
luckily kt india kain sgt murah
klu x silap 2.5 metres plain emerald green fabric less than 300 rupees =rm15
upah tailor pulak around 200 rupees =rm10
overall ely pakai skirt rm25 je huhuhu jimat x?
