tips: awk ada 24 hours.kite ada 24 hours.tapi nape kite x cukup masa?mih mih (cmne nk guna masa bebetul ni?cmne?)

hi.
sihat?

sorry lamaaa x update.bukan xde masa.tapi byk abeskan free time utk tido or rehat.
oh ya lagi few months kite ade final exam mbbs.yup final year.yg last skali tu.insyAllah.
preparation?
dlm process insyAllah :)

life skng lebih kpd study cycle.class pagi ke ptg.and kena study lagi malam and pagi.
overall date dgn buku aje.
jujur nya rasa mcm sedikit xde life.
well manusia mmg suka complaint kn?





kite try fikir la kan.lama kite dok diam sesorang.
betul ke tidak xde mase ni?
walaupun kite xbagus bab kira-kira ni.
tapi bole la bang takat congak kosong.

overall
waktu yg kte spend cmni

class : 1 hour (morning) + 1 hour (afternoon) + 2 hours (evening)
posting hospital : 3 hours
total = 7 hours

sehari ade berapa jam?


yup 24 hours.
walau busy cmne pun spend masa dgn benda wajib gi class and posting sume.
kite sebenarnya ada lagi 17 hours free time.
wow!
byk lagi kan?
the question is...
cmne kite spend masa tu elok-elok?

let's say la kan
kite kira personal activity plak kan

tido : 6 hours  ( night) + 30 min (afternoon nap)
time spend ats moto / on the road : 1 hour
eat + prayer : 1 hour
shower n toilet time  : 1 hour
total = 9.5 hours

bape lagi masa yg kte ade?
kite still ada

7.5 hours

see?

byk lagi kan masa kita ade.
actually x timbul pun isu xde masa klu kite pandai manage.
bukan ckp kt korang je.tapi diri sendiri.

tapi cmne nk manage time betul-betul ni?
the first thing is

 SELF- DISCIPLINE

penting sgt!!!
and sgt susah nk buat.well diri sendiri mmg la payah nk suruh ape-ape.
klu ckp kt adik maybe bole suruh sambil tarik telinga and kipas rambut ke belakang tanda brutal kan?hehehe

actually free time yg ade ni depands la ngn activity seharian korang cmne.
tpi trust me mmg tiap org ada byk je masa.
tapi ramai org prefer bazirkan masa bercakap pasal xde masa kn?hehhee true!

cmne ni cmne?
cmne nk manage time bebetul.


meh kite ckp meh.
sbb kte pun dok try nk apply kt diri sndiri jugak.
kte bagi contoh cmne kte nk appreciate 7.5 hours precious time of my life.


1.settle all important things in the morning

contoh?

me + Allah  date time - 30 min (time ni la awk nk bgn awal nk solat sunat,baca al-quran,zikir and pray for the best)

exercise time - 30 min (not everyday.bole buat selang sehari. kite prefer zumba :)

study - 2-3 hours (at least 2 hours)

total = 4 hours


2.evening/ night activities


study/ revision - 2 hours
me + Allah date time - 30 min (before sleep.say something about the day.muhasabah.al-mulk + solat sunat)
total = 2.5 hours



3.masa suka hati la nk buat apa pun (movie/laundry/masak/date)


1 hour (waktu petang)
total = 1 hour


overall 

1.study - 5 hours
2.exercise - 30 min
3.me + Allah date time : 1 hour
4.my amanah (class + posting hospital) : 7 hours
5.fun time : 1 hour
6.sleep : 6.5 hours
7.others :4 hours

total : 24 hours (complete useful cycle insyAllah)

paham x?hehehe

kite xtahu korang paham ke tak apa yg kite cuba sampaikan.
tapi secara mudah nye gini


priority

-utamakan benda-benda penting mcm study , exercise,ibadah time early in the morning.
ramai org prefer nk exercise petang.honestly,kesan exercise waktu pagi lagi bagus.
kite pernah terbaca yg stress hormone release time malam kite tido tu.bila kite exercise pagi insyAllah bole balance kan hormone tu.
lagi satu waktu pagi kite cm dh fully recharge kan?time ni la kite ada extra energy utk buat semua benda.dan sepenuh hati.guna bebetul ok.instead of tido nganga bawah selimut after subuh.lagi bagus awk gunakan utk benda-benda laen.






multitasking

-jdi lah multitasking.jgn skema sgt buat satu-satu benda.contoh la kan.sambil masak bole pasang superspontan kt youtube.ala msk bukan nk focus sgt pun kan heheh

time iron baju bole pasang movie cite shrek.eh?
time mandi pasang la radio / lagu-lagu yg awk suka
time makan bole usha video kt youtube.
see? awk bole settle kan byk benda sambil berseronok jugak.
atas motor je jgn dok tgk tv.rempit je dibenarkan hehehe


unimportant things

-buat benda-benda yg xpyh berfikir sgt paling last.
jgn sibok kemas umh awal pagi.
jgn sibok basuh sidai kain awal pagi (kite sidai dlm umh je.xperlukan matahari)
jgn sibok tgk movie,usha awek awal pagi
jgn sibok masak awl pagi.
do all the least important things at the end of the day.
awk xperlukan extra energy utk semua tu.



balance

-balance your activities
xkesah awk student or dh keje ke ape.spend masa bebetul.time serious kte serious.
time berjimba suka hati kite bole usha awekss.gituu






akhirat 

-whatever you do dun forget your akhirat
kite jenis yg bukan solat sunat 24 jam.or aim khatam al-quran in 1 day.
tapi kite percaya 1 benda.biar sedikit tapi istiqamah.
depands kt awk cmne.
tpi jgn jdi org ari ni full dgn islamic activity.esok seharian tgk movie pulak.
pandai-pandai lah nk balance kan



so  cmne?
dpt x idea cmne nk manage time masing-masing?
kite juz share dgn korang sbb kite jenis lagha xpandai guna masa jugak.
lagi-lagi kite medical student.
asal ada free time nk tido hehehe.

ape-ape pun terpulang kt diri sendiri.
ada org xsuka atur masa satu-satu.lemas and rimas kata nya.
kite pun sama.
tapi bila kita makin dewasa ni.kita rasa byk nya masa aku yg sia-sia.
pukul 6 ptg semalam time kte terlopong tgk barbie smpai 4 episodes tu xleh da nk ulang balek.
tapi mungkin pukul 6 ptg kite hari ni lagi berguna?hehhe

kite stop sini dulu korang.
appreciate time masing-masing.
